Available in Maxi and Mini curve variants, our roof rafters are esteemed for their superior quality and versatility. Whether you have a Dometic, Carefree, Sunburst, or Coolabah awning, our CRR is compatible and ready to elevate your outdoor experience.
The Maxi curve rafter, suitable for longer awnings on motorhomes or full-height caravans, boasts a width of 123-125mm. Meanwhile, the Mini curve rafter, ideal for pop-top caravans and shorter awnings on motorhomes, features a width of 95-98mm.
For larger awnings exceeding 18 feet, we offer the Curved Tension Rafter, equipped with a tension arm to prevent bowing of longer awning roller tubes. With its lever action design, the Curved Tension Rafter exerts pressure to maintain structural integrity and ensure longevity.
To assist you in selecting the appropriate number of rafters, we provide suggested usage guidelines based on awning size:
- 11' and under: 1 Rafter
- 12': 1 Rafter (2 recommended)
- 13' - 17': 2 Rafters
- 18' - 21': 3 Rafters*
- 22' and over: 4 Rafters*
(*We recommend substituting one Curved Roof Rafter with a Curved Tension Rafter for these longer lengths.)
