CARAVAN VENT LIDS
By: ALEX on 3 April 2024After a few years the bathroom vent lids on my caravan became brittle and were broken by hail. The new lids from Ozvent were perfect fits but needed to have the rivets removedfrom the actuating arm and self tapping screws used in their place. I will be ordering two more to have as spares. Delivery was very prompt.

Good but be careful
By: Neville on 27 October 2018This is a good replacement except the centre metal slide support is pop rivetted to the lid whereas my original support was attached by screws. It is virtually impossible to attach the lid to the hinges while also getting the windup arm inserted into the metal slide support unless this is removed from the lid. The only way I could do this was by carefully drilling out the rivets and using the old centre support with its screws. This allows the arm to be inserted and then the centre support can be attached to the lid.
